Actually, before I started working in the night industry, I thought it was a bit of a scary world..
thought
there would be strict hierarchical relationships and tension but when I finally jumped in...
my first impression was, **Wow, everyone's so kind, and it's a lot brighter than I thought it would be!
The senior cast members carefully taught me, and
when I was struggling, they would gently say, "Are you okay? You can try this."
After actually working there, I realized that **my worries were probably for naught.** The environment was so reassuring that it made me think, Maybe my worries were for naught.
Plus, conversations with customers were more natural than I expected, and
there were many times when I didn't feel like I had to force myself
to talk. Just being a listener and smiling was enough.
Of course, there are difficult times, but I realized
that if you have the mindset of I love talking to people," "I love fashion," and "I'd be happy to be a source of comfort for someone,"you
'll naturally find enjoyment in this job.
So
to anyone who's wondering whether to give it a try,
I want to tell them, "Just take the plunge and take that first step, and you might find a surprisingly warm world opening up before you.
You never know until you try, right?

I think girls who are not shy and can talk to anyone without discrimination are suitable.
I think that having good communication skills is an advantage in night work!
Also, girls with many hobbies often have interests that match those of customers, so I think they can start conversations!

When I have something I don't understand or am worried about, they're all so kind and helpful🥺 They'll even kindly say to me, "It's okay!"✊🏻

First of all, the girls are so cute and beautiful! I was so overwhelmed that I wanted to go home lol. They're also super kind. Even if I make a mistake, they follow up and encourage me, which really motivates me. I feel like I can do my best with these guys.
The chief also seems to be concerned about the girls first, which is very nice. So the atmosphere in the shop is great 😊
It was my first time working at night, so I was really nervous, but I can say that I'm totally glad I chose this place 🙋‍♀️

In the Philippines, when we talk about
“Philippine pubs” or “working in a club”, it’s automatically bad image.
That is why I was so scared, because it’s my first time to work in this kind of environment.
Different opinions and criticism I know I will hear from everyone. :<<
But as time goes by, I learned how to handle it.
Also with the help of the staffs, and girls,
we’re like family here. We do things that will benefit by everyone.
And that’s the good thing I am being thankful for.

It depends on the situation or the person's diligence, it can be matched with your completed studies, It’s hard but it’s worth it and fun for me. That’s my opinion 😉🙇🏼‍♀️
